Helena was photographed with author, Nina Stibbe in Camden today. Helena stars in the BBC adaptation of Nina’s book, Love Nina.
Firstly, I would like to apologise for the lack of updates recently! I have been very busy with a new job, and looking after poorly pets. Jamie is currently unavailable, so I am running the site alone.
Last night, Helena attended a special screening of Sir David Attenborough’s new series, Great Barrier Reef, with her son, Billy. I have added 6 HQ pictures to the gallery.
Last night, Helena attended the Save the Children Winter Gala with her friend, Ali Esiri.
Sorry these are so late – I’ve been very busy at work! Helena attended the London premiere of Suffragette last night, held in Leicester Square as part of the BFI London Film Festival. Helena wore vintage Pierre Balmain from WilliamVintage. I have added 84 HQ images to the gallery; thank you to Lindsay for her contributions.
I have added some more stills from Suffragette, which will be released 12th October 2015 in the UK. I have also added another HQ shot by Brigitte Lacombe that wasn’t in the gallery.
Lorenzo Agius has shared another shot of Helena as Frida Kahlo on his official instagram. Helena’s make-up artist and long-time friend, Louise Constad, also shared photos on her blog and instagram page.
Helena’s friend Azzi Glasser has shared this photo on instagram of herself and Helena, featured in a book called London’s Burning, which launches tomorrow. The photograph is by Katie Martin. I may be wrong, but I do recall Helena mentioning that she has a traditional Gypsy wagon in her garden for Nell, so I’m wondering if this is it!
Details from the publisher’s website describe the book as a collection of portraits from a creative city. The author is Hossein Amirsadeghi, and the book is available for pre-order on Amazon at the price of £58.00, and will be released 19th October 2015.
I have added 3 HQ portraits by Jonty Davies, as featured in the November issue of Red Magazine. The magazine will be out this week, 01st October, in the UK, although a special issue is available early to subscribers. You will also be able to purchase a digital edition.
A strong sense of self, a brilliant talent and a dirty laugh – there’s something magical about Helena Bonham Carter.
As the 49-year-old actress stars in new film, Suffragette, she talks EXCLUSIVELY to Maggie Alderson for Red about how she feels after splitting with her husband, director Tim Burton, why her new film hits close to home and why it’s important to say hello to everything in life.
Helena officially launched the BFI Loves! event with a special screening of A Room With A View at the British Museum. Hopefully I can confirm tomorrow, but I believe the jacket is by either Claire Campbell (my money is on this one) or Ewa i Walla, and the shoes are definitely Stella McCartney. Enjoy!
